Ensuring you are driving quality initiatives and improvement, promoting team leadership and management, supporting recruitment and colleague development.

Essential:
Valid NMC PIN preferableA visible leader with strong management skills and experience within complex care settings
Great communicator, able to build relationships with local commissioners and professionals.
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 - Full-time 40 hours a weekSTART: ASAP
