Deputy Baby Room Leader
Salary: £26,000 | Full-Time (40 hours per week) | Driving required
Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Baby Nursery Room Leader to join their nursery team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursery Practitioner looking to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early years development and a commitment to creating a nurturing and engaging environment for babies.
What We’re Looking For- NVQ Level 3 in Early Years (or above).
- Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner within an early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- A Paediatric First Aid qualification is desirable.
- The ability to drive is essential due to location.
- Support Daily Operations – Assist the Baby Room Leader in ensuring the smooth running of the baby room and maintaining a high standard of care.
- Activity Planning – Help plan and implement activities tailored to meet the developmental needs of the babies.
- Building Relationships – Develop positive and supportive relationships with babies, parents, and colleagues.
- Role Model – Set a positive example for both children and staff, promoting a caring and inclusive atmosphere.
- Safety & Compliance – Adhere to all nursery policies, including child protection, health, safety, and security procedures.
