Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and inclusive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing high-quality early years education.Due to the location of the service, candidates must be able to drive.
What We’re Looking For- NVQ Level 2 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for diversity, equality, and inclusion in early years education.
- Childcare & Development – Support the creation of a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can learn and grow.
- Activity Planning – Assist in the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities that support children's development.
- Personal Care – Provide essential care, including feeding, changing, and nurturing children's well-being.
- Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure positive outcomes for every child.
- Record Keeping – Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
