As a senior member of the governance team, you will be integral in working with all stakeholders and supporting hospital teams to identify areas for improvement and in developing robust quality systems, processes and programmes that will support the delivery and innovation of exceptional care and services.You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within each multidisciplinary team across the site and division to maintain a standardised approach to ensuring, and exceeding, and monitoring compliance with healthcare standards and in managing CQC readiness and assurance.Working alongside the Director of Quality and Risk you will influence effectively, create synergy and prioritise improvement projects to ensure that the hospital maintains a high governance and quality standard.What youll bring:Educated to diploma or degree levelCurrent and relevant experience of working in healthcare governanceEvidence of continuing professional developmentInvestigation, governance, audit and risk experienceWhy HCA UK?Originally founded over 50 years ago by Dr Thomas Frist, HCA has gone on to become one of the worlds leading healthcare providers.
