Hourly Rate: £19.85 - £20.86

Requirements for the Clinical Nurse Team Leader (Mental Health Nurse/Learning Disabilities Nurse) role:
- You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN /RNLD)
- Valid NMC Pin
- Clear DBS
- Good working knowledge of CQC regulations
- Proven track record of leading a Nursing team and delivery of person-centred care, including care planning
About the Mental Health Hospital:
Our client offers specialist care to children and younger people who have mental health needs, this is provided in a beautiful manor house. The service has three separate units and can cater to those who have an eating disorder, complex conditions or who require PICU services.
There is an onsite school which covers Key Stage 3 through to A-Levels!

The role of a Clinical Team Leader (Mental Health Nurse/Learning Disabilities Nurse) within the Mental Health Hospital involves:
- Providing clinical leadership to the Nursing team and ensure the provision of high-quality care
- Ensuring high quality individualised person-centred care
- Ensuring the effective supervision and development of staff
- Woking and acting as a key member of the team, supporting each patient with achieving their planned outcomes
- Acting as the Lead Nurse in the assessment, implementation of care through to point of discharge
- Taking charge of clinical area
- Supervising junior staff in carrying out their care plans
- Adopting a flexible approach to hours of duty, in other to meet the needs of the service
- Working according with the NMC code of conduct and relevant professional guidelines as a named nurse or key worker for patients
