A great company based in Bicester is looking to recruit for a temp to perm, accounts payable assistant!
Your new role- Logging, maintaining and filing invoices
- Payment authorisation
- Invoice processing, (10-12 per day)
- Purchase orders
- Using stock system
- Posting and monitoring petty cash
- Investigating purchase ledger queries
- Creating company reports
- Liaising with suppliers.
- You will be immediately available
- Have demonstrable experience of working in Accounts Payable
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- You will be based in commutable distance of Bicester
- Confident communicator and you will have a "problem solving" mindset
- IT: Excel (essential)
- £28,000 annual salary
- Temp to permanent contract. Initially temporary, with an opportunity to apply to the permanent role
- Immediate start
- In office working each day
- 37.5 hours working week
