Job Description
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Record all interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries or complaints as well as actions taken.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues that can't be resolved immediately.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new customer service protocol.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the construction industry or over the phone.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
