Join us at The Traffic Management Company, a UK wide Traffic Management provider, and play a key role in shaping the future of traffic management solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and engage potential clients
- Implement effective sales strategies to expand the client portfolio and meet sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients, gaining insights into their unique needs, and offering tailored traffic management solutions.
- Be able to write excellent bids, supported by our Senior Business Development Managers
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records on our CRM system of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards goals.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of traffic management solutions and stay updated with industry advancements.
- Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our company and its services.
- Be willing to travel across the United Kingdom to visit customers, sites, offices and any other sales related activity
Minimum Candidate Experience & Qualities:
- Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Aged 21 or older with a Full UK Driving Licence with maximum of 6 penalty points.
Ideal Candidate Experience & Qualities:
- Knowledge of Temporary Traffic Management sector / systems
- Proficiency in using Zoho CRM
