Job Description- Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Assisting in the coordination of meetings and events
- Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
- Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
- Managing mail and courier services
- Liaising with other departments and external suppliers
- Rota consisting of: 7am-4pm or 10am-7pm
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Front of House Receptionist should have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and friendly demeanour
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
