Job Description
As the Receptionist in London, you will:
- Handle inbound calls and redirect them to the appropriate department.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters and packages.
- Organise and maintain reception area.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing and copying.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Help ensure spaces are kept clean and tidy
- Help set up new work spaces
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work 5 days a week from a London office
