Temporary to Permanent - Immediate Start!

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all facilities, including offices and production areas, are kept clean and tidy.
- Perform general decorating tasks such as painting and touch-ups as needed.
- Maintain outdoor areas, ensuring they are free of weeds and well-kept through regular weed spraying.
- Regular cleaning of windows to maintain a presentable workspace.
- Assist with minor maintenance and repairs as required to keep the premises in good condition.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar maintenance or cleaning role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Health and safety awareness, particularly in handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
