Physiotherapist

The successful candidate needs to be a registered Physiotherapist, ideally with advanced clinical skills, significant knowledge and experience in the clinical care of adults and older people in a range of healthcare settings. Candidates should be self-motivated with strong organisational skills and able to make clinical decisions autonomously as required.
As a clinician you will use your clinical expertise, levels of judgement, discretion and decision making to support patients at home, improve patient outcomes and reduce likelihood of unnecessary admissions to hospital. You will be required to complete holistic assessments, giving appropriate interventions as required and have knowledge of community services to plan the on-going care of patients.
