Teaching Assistant
Location: Birmingham, B44Day Rate: £95 - 105 per day
Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

LTF Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in the Birmingham B44 area.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalised support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Effectively engage with students, staff, and parents to build a strong, collaborative network
- Work closely with teachers to understand individual students' learning styles, strengths, and areas for growth
- Build meaningful relationships with students, helping them to follow school expectations and develop positive behaviours
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school
- Experience of working with diverse learning needs and offering adaptive support
- A strong passion for education and creating positive learning experiences for students
- An Enhanced DBS and two references are essential for this position
