Track Team Leader
Establish safety arrangements and ensure compliance with safe working practices
Ensure all assets vehicles tools and materials are in top condition and ready for use
Collaborate with contractors and oversee quality control of work
Play a hands-on role in fault fixing inspection and maintenance to keep the railway network running smoothly
Must Have Criteria NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
Full UK driving license (Category B)
Ability to work flexibly across shifts including nights and weekends
To be successful you must have at least 5 years of experience working on a hands on environment on the track
ES (Engineering Supervisor) Competency
What We Are Looking For Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Experience in managing and delivering safe and efficient work in a similar maintenance or engineering role
Knowledge of relevant maintenance techniques and safety standards
A clear goal-oriented approach and a strong commitment to maintaining high operational standards
