Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Executive Assistant role are:

  • Provide high-level executive and personal support to senior leadership
  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Organise international and domestic travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodation
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
  • Draft and manage email correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Support with personal errands, appointments, and ad hoc requests as needed
  • Proactively anticipate the needs of the executive and act as a trusted partner
  • Coordinate internal events, off sites, and team meetings

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Executive Assistant role is someone with the following:

  • Proven experience as an EA supporting senior leaders or C-suite
  • Impeccable organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Confident working autonomously and managing competing priorities
