Job Description
The key responsibilities for the Executive Assistant role are:
- Provide high-level executive and personal support to senior leadership
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling internal and external meetings
- Organise international and domestic travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodation
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
- Draft and manage email correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Support with personal errands, appointments, and ad hoc requests as needed
- Proactively anticipate the needs of the executive and act as a trusted partner
- Coordinate internal events, off sites, and team meetings
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Executive Assistant role is someone with the following:
- Proven experience as an EA supporting senior leaders or C-suite
- Impeccable organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Confident working autonomously and managing competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools
