Job Description- Deliver strategic financial insight, challenge and guidance to directorate leaders as a trusted advisor.
- Embed robust planning, forecasting, and financial risk management into operational and strategic decisions.
- Lead on complex business cases, budget setting, and the financial impact of policy or legislative change.
- Translate data into meaningful analysis that drives performance, value for money, and service improvement.
- Represent finance at senior forums and external stakeholder meetings, influencing beyond the organisation.
- Coach and develop teams, promoting business partnering excellence and stakeholder focus.
- A fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by extensive and relevant experience.
- Proven experience working as a Finance Business Partner in a large, complex, or regulated organisation.
- Strong strategic and technical finance skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and navigate political environments.
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
- £60,000 - £69,000 salary (depending on experience).
- 36-month fixed term contract.
- Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office.
- Generous annual leave.
