Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently partnering with a well know organisation based in South Birmingham in the search for a Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded finance professional who thrives on adding value and driving strategic decision-making.The business offers flexible hybrid working, a collaborative culture, and the chance to truly influence business outcomes through insight and analysis.

Salary on offer is up to £60,000 + bonus, with an enhanced benefits package and huge potential for progression.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, providing financial insight and challenge to drive performance.Produce and analyse monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets.Support business planning processes and financial modelling for key projects.Deliver clear, concise commentary to non-finance stakeholders to inform decision-making.Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and revenue growth.Monitor key performance indicators and support operational improvements.Collaborate with wider finance and operational teams to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Strong commercial acumen with previous business partnering experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insight.Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems (e., SAP, Oracle, or similar) advantageous.A proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused mindset.
