Senior Designer

What you’ll do
As a Senior Designer, you’ll be a leader within our creative hub, responsible for overseeing our brand's visual language and ensuring its consistent application across all touchpoints. You’ll take ownership of the brand guidelines and be a key player in the brand approval process, working cross-functionally to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Working with our leadership teams, you’ll align design strategies with business objectives, ensuring our brand's visual identity supports broader company goals. You’ll also work with other agencies and partners when needed on other creative assets and projects, and manage stakeholder feedback efficiently, ensuring designs are refined to meet both creative excellence and business needs.
In addition to this, you’ll:
- Define, manage, and evolve our brand guidelines to ensure consistency and a distinctive visual identity across all platforms
- Serve as the gatekeeper for all creative materials, ensuring brand integrity and cohesion in every asset that is produced
- Provide creative direction and work closely with Marketing, Product, and other teams to develop and deliver visually compelling campaigns, product visuals, presentations, and more
- Design a wide array of complex assets, including brand campaigns, digital marketing materials, web and mobile interfaces, print collateral, and presentations
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging design technologies, championing new ideas and approaches that elevate the brand
The skills you’ll need
We’re looking for someone with experience as a senior graphic designer with a robust portfolio showcasing brand development and execution across multiple channels. Along with expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite covering Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign as well as other relevant design tools, you’ll have a strong understanding of branding, typography, layout design, and design for printing.Motion graphics, 3D design, or video editing experience would be beneficial.
As well as this, we’re looking for:
- Experience leading brand guideline development and execution
- The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across teams
