Riverview is a residential service that provides personalised, high quality, safe support for 8 adults with complex needs including Autism, behaviours that challenge, acquired brain injury and learning disabilities.
Riverview offers a personalised living environment that we tailor to the specific needs of the individuals that enable individuals to improve their individuality in line with their Person-Centred Plans. At Riverview we offer person centred environments that consist of 6 self-contained flats all with en suite bedrooms, own lounge and kitchen with two separate ensuite bedrooms.Riverview also offers individuals the chance to acquire skills by getting involved with daily tasks and activities, including cooking, swimming, cleaning and going shopping to enable them to live as independently as possible whilst being an active part of their local community.
Job Advert Role Description
We are currently looking for a Housekeeper / Domestic and experience is not essential, as long as you are positive, enthusiastic, pay great attention to detail and work well in a large team.
Duties will include:
The undertaking cleaning and domestic duties across the site ensuring a complete cleaning service is provided in compliance with CQC and Health & safety Regulations.
Duties will include:
- Planning & organising cleaning rotas
- Comprehensive cleaning ensuring the service meets high standards of hygiene and cleanliness and involving individuals we support with this.
- Reporting any maintenance issues (damages, faults) to management
- Ordering of cleaning supplies and having budget oversight
- Using and storing of cleaning products in accordance with COSHH regulations
- Menu Planning and food ordering / shopping
- Cooking
- Environmental auditing
