Job Highlights:

This role requires a proactive, hands-on individual to manage and maintain our venues across Birmingham, Westfield White City, and The O2. As a Multi-Site Facilities and Maintenance Manager, you’ll be a key part of our venue operations, ensuring our spaces are safe, compliant, and ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Based across our estate, you’ll handle day-to-day maintenance tasks, oversee supplier relationships, and provide critical support to our teams. Your flexibility and commitment to operational excellence will help us create outstanding moments for our guests.

Role Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Venue Maintenance: Perform hands-on maintenance and repair tasks to ensure all venues remain operational and meet high standards.
  • Fully Flexible: we need an output driven individual who is all about making it happen rather than being rigid as to when it happens. We need an individual with full Monday - Sunday flexibility to ensure our venues are always able to deliver best in class guest experience.
  • Compliance Oversight: Partner with GMs to ensure all sites comply with health and safety regulations, fire safety, and statutory requirements.
  • Supplier Management: Build and manage relationships with external suppliers and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and services.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules across all sites to minimise downtime.
  • Operational Support: Provide facilities support to venue teams to enable smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
  • Incident Response: Act as the first point of contact for maintenance emergencies and urgent repairs across all venues.
  • SOP Management: support in building out processes and ways for working for venue management
  • Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of all venue assets, including equipment inventories and service histories.
  • Travel Flexibility: Regularly travel between Birmingham, Westfield, and The O2 to provide on-site support and ensure consistent standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with venue management, technology and operations teams to identify and address maintenance priorities effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Written, numerical and computing skills appropriate to the role
  • 5 years + experience maintaining high volume multi-purpose facilities
  • British Safety Council certificate in COSHH Risk Assessment
  • A NeBosh certificate would be beneficial
