In this role, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's diary, making travel arrangements, and ensuring they are fully prepared for all meetings and engagements.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's diary and email account, ensuring they are fully prepared for all meetings and engagements.
- Make travel arrangements that balance cost and time efficiency, while also processing expenses.
- Conduct regular diary meetings with the CEO to discuss upcoming engagements and invitations.
- Respond to invites and make necessary arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings between the CEO and their direct reports, committees, and other groups.
- Philtre general information, queries, phone calls, and invitations to the CEO.
- Obtain briefings and papers from key staff members to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for engagements.
- Conduct desktop research to support the CEO's meeting preparation.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors, trustees, and local governors.
- Maintain accurate records of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle confidential information and organise files.
- Prepare correspondence on behalf of the CEO when they are absent.
- Greet and ensure appropriate hospitality for the CEO's guests.
- Coordinate education management meetings, including room bookings and technology setup.
- Assist the CEO in deploying consultancy support to schools effectively.
- Maintain risk registers on behalf of the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an executive assistant or administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using email, calendar, and other office software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Positive and professional attitude.
