Phonics Support Assistant | What We're Looking For:

• First-class graduates from a top UK university with a degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related fields.
• A genuine passion for working with vulnerable and disadvantaged children, along with a kind and caring demeanour.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus.
• Interest in Linguistics or a future as a Primary School Teacher or Speech and Language professional.
• A patient and nurturing approach to learning.
