We are working with a SEN school in Lewisham, seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant. Our vision is for children to leave the school knowing they are both loveable and capable. If you have the relevant experience and a keen interest in SEN, please read on!
Key Responsibilities:- Engage and progress the learning of SEN pupils
- Work collaboratively within the school team
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents
- Think creatively to extend pupil learning
- Provide one-on-one support to children with SEN
- Give feedback to pupils regarding their progress and achievement
- Qualifications: Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience: Previous experience working with SEN pupils
- Knowledge: Understanding of supporting SEN pupils
- Desirable: Experience working with SEN children
