We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources & Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic and fast growing business. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources and payroll processes.This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in HRIS systems, and a good understanding of payroll.
Job Description:
- To provide an end-to-end administration service for all employment matters
- Provide an end-to-end recruitment process
- Provide a HR service of advice and training to managers and employees
- Support the organisation in developing and maintaining company policies and procedures, including Employee Handbook
- Ensure all employees receive a contract of employment within the required timescales
- Collect, collate and manage employee information
- Advise and support managers with employee relations issues including performance management, disciplinary, grievance and redundancy
- Processing and collating all the information for payroll and payments to subcontractors and freelancers
Pay: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
