We are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join our Litigation Department. This role is based in our Bognor Regis office and offers a great opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including both civil and commercial disputes.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and manage correspondence with clients and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Conduct research and analysis on legal issues related to cases.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive strategy in handling cases.
• Provide legal advice to clients, helping them understand their rights and options.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a current practising certificate.
• Proven experience in litigation, handling a wide range of disputes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
