We are seeking a Family Solicitor to join our Family Department. This role is based in our Bognor Regis office and offers a great opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a caseload involving a range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support issues.
• Provide compassionate and practical legal advice to clients during often difficult times.
• Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, orders, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
• Represent clients in family court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
• Maintain client confidentiality and sensitivity to personal issues.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a comprehensive service to our clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a current practising certificate.
• Proven experience in family law, handling a wide range of family-related legal issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal sensitively with clients facing emotional circumstances.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
