About us

We are looking to appoint an Office Administrator to join our vibrant team and work in a busy office. The role will provide admin support across two sites. Alder Brook is part of the LINK Trust. The LINK Education Trust is an inclusive partnership of mainstream and special schools in Salford, where all pupils enjoy learning.

About the Role

You will provide a range of administrative and finance support to the Head teacher and School Business Manager, under the direction of the School Business Manager.

Your areas of responsibility will include working in a busy reception: welcoming visitors to the school, taking phone calls and messages and responding to telephone, email and face to face enquiries from parents, staff, pupils and visitors. It will also have some elements of Finance, Facilities Management, Health and Safety and HR.

Knowledge of Arbor management system is desirable but not essential.

About you

You will need to be able to remain calm and positive in quite challenging circumstances and be able to relate well to pupils and adults. The successful candidate will be flexible, organised, reliable, enthusiastic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
