London - Finance Manager
Hybrid After 6 Month Probation to a maximum of 2 days a week remote

Our client, is an established medical practice located in the prestigious Harley Street district, Central London, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. The practice provides premium healthcare services and expert consultations across a range of specialities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial accounts and fixed assets
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare cash flow reports and balance sheet controls
- Lead audit and compliance activities, liaising with external auditors
- Manage payroll processes
- Produce detailed profit and loss analyses
- Interpret financial accounts and revenue capture, preferably with private clinic or hospital experience
- Develop budgets and forecasts for 2025/2026 activity and revenue
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of insurance billing and contracts
- Provide accurate, reliable financial data to support management decision-making
- Prioritise workload effectively and manage pressure
- Support additional finance functions such as bank reconciliations as required
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant with 1-3 years post-qualification experience
- Strong background in financial governance, policies, and procedures
- Experience working with external auditors essential
- Experience in the private healthcare sector and liaising with insurance companies sector is essential.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
