The Role:
Supporting students with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficultiesWorking 1:1 and in small groups to help children achieve their full potential
Assisting the class teacher in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Encouraging independence and promoting positive social interactions
