Claims Relationship Manager
We are now looking for a Claims Relationship Manager to join our team in either our London or Nottingham office. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the activity and performance of our third-party partners, through your excellent relationship building you will ensure all policies are adhered to and all relevance compliance is met.
Other essential job functions include:
To establish, manage and support the development, implementation and embedding of third-party vendor management policies and framework within the businessCollaborate with Claims Delegated Authority Manager to enhance business performance and ensure alignment with tactical and strategic goals
Support the onboarding processes of third parties, ensuring due diligence and necessary approvalsComplete required reporting on supplier performance and third-party risks.
To be successful in this role you will have outstanding relationship /account management experience and possess the ability to establish credibility, influence internal and external colleagues and build strong relationships. Be able to demonstrate a solid track record of bring a common sense approach to the role.
Leadership and change management experience would be key as would the ability to be a strong team player and someone who is keen to get stuck in. Knowledge of third party risk management, regulatory outsourcing and industry experience would be preferred but not essential.
