Production Planner – £35,000 | Onsite | Evesham

Are you a resilient and analytical Production Planner looking for your next challenge? We’re hiring for a Production Planner to join a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment across two sites – Evesham.

• What You’ll Be Doing:
• Start your day reviewing overnight jobs, delays, and updates
• Attend a 10am production meeting to update and align the plan
• Create and maintain weekly and 4-week rolling production forecasts
• Coordinate with Customer Service on order priorities
• Liaise with Engineering on machine issues and Procurement on part availability
• Finalise plans by 3pm to ensure materials are ready for the night shift
• Tackle unexpected challenges like machine breakdowns or urgent customer needs
• What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3 years’ experience in a production planning role (ideally in manufacturing)
• Strong analytical skills – you’ll be using SAP and Excel
• Ability to prioritise, push back, and stay calm under pressure
• A proactive mindset

• Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
• Location: Onsite (Evesham) – free parking available
• Salary: £35,000
