Administration Assistant Compliance and Facilities Management

We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant Compliance and Facilities Management position. The overall purpose of this role is to assist in ensuring the effective operation and delivery of the administration function within the Compliance & FM Team.

You will also provide broad administrative assistance to support the activities and services within the Compliance & FM Team carried out to the highest standards of integrity, accuracy and professionalism in accordance with the requirements of the Directorate, Valleys to Coast and its relevant policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate confidence in document management & creation, cloud storage, spreadsheet creation and manipulation, presentation software and effective email systems management.

You will be required to work with external stakeholders in the resolution of customer repair, service or other issues and liaising confidently with other colleagues within and outside the Directorate.
