About the Role

We are seeking confident, capable and ambitious Teaching & Learning Mentors to support our students both in and out of the classroom.

You will:

• Support classroom learning and help manage behaviour across the academy.
• Lead and participate in sports sessions such as boxing, table tennis and football.
• Create safe, engaging, and structured learning environments.
• Work closely with teaching staff, mentors, and senior leaders to support academic and personal development.
• Help students build positive routines, emotional resilience, and core skills for life.

• Supervise and support students during academic and enrichment sessions.
• Implement learning plans, risk assessments and behaviour management strategies.
• Maintain consistency in timetables and routines – even under pressure or last-minute changes.
• Support the set-up and delivery of daily academy operations.
• Play an active role in identifying and analysing behaviour to better support students' needs.
