Contract length: 4 months with possibility of extension
Our client within the Public Sector, based in East London, is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Consultant to join their team on a temporary basis. As an Organisational Development Consultant, you will provide expert consultancy services to various directorates.Working closely with leaders and HR Business Partners, you will diagnose organisational challenges and opportunities, focusing on areas such as management practises, team dynamics, culture, and climate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand organisational needs.
- Partner with leaders to define and diagnose challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate to design and implement tailored organisational development interventions.
- Provide coaching and advice for effective change management and people engagement.
- Facilitate group sessions and workshops to address team dynamics and improve culture.
- Analyse relevant data to inform strategies and evaluate intervention outcomes.
- Collaborate with other Organisational Development Consultants, Learning and Development Practitioners, and HR professionals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of three years of experience in organisational development.
Strong knowledge of organisational development principles and change management methodologies.
Proven ability to coach and advise middle managers and senior leaders.
Excellent facilitation skills for group sessions and workshops.
Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft 365 applications.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
Flexibility to work in a changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
