Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

• Advising clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations.
• Drafting and negotiating corporate documentation, such as share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
• Conducting due diligence and providing strategic advice to clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor with 4-7 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Experienced in handling a range of corporate transactions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communicator with strong client-facing skills.
• Keen to develop professionally and contribute to the growth of the firm.

• Competitive salary estimated between of £58,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience, plus bonus and benefits.
