execute on Amazon Transportation Service’s carbon reduction goals. Come join

sustainability team and business teams within Middle Mile, 2) drive theoverarching sustainability strategy for their business unit, and 3) track
carbon abatement and carbon intensity on a monthly basis. You must be able to
thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by
ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop
and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in, and get the job done. You will be able to take large, complex projectsand break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, and then deliver them in a successful and timely manner. Maturity, high
judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, andleadership are essential to success in this role.
Key job responsibilitiesThis role is inherently cross-functional—you will work closely, but not
limited to, with WW Sustainability, WW Ops Sustainability, Core Operations, Legal, Finance, Network planning, and executive teams to bring programs to the
market. This job will require exceptional communication skills and having the
ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with all levels
of leadership, and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not
exist. The successful candidate will be proficient at solving transportation
challenges and possess a bias to get things done and deliver results. Other
responsibilities include:- Develop core program management documentation, including user scenarios and
for the Middle Mile network.
As an experienced project and Sr program manager, you will bring a depth ofknowledge on sustainability design, project scope development, vendor &
technical consultant management, stakeholder coordination, and project
performance reporting.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the followinglocations: London, Luxembourg, Barcelona or Milan. Some occasional domestic
