### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in supply chain
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables,
macros, indexmatch, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Masters degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult
- Experience leading process improvements
- Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, including: compile queries,
- Relevant experience communicating with and influencing a range of different
stakeholders including senior management
