This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Technical Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technical solutions to enhance business operations. To collaborate closely with various stakeholders including business users, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful implementation.It will involve troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing systems and processes, and supporting project lifecycles from inception to completion.
Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities): Design technical solutions that align with business goals and adhere to best practices.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet quality standards.Develop and implement software solutions, integrations, and configurations to meet business requirements.
Provide support for applications, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Create and maintain technical documentation including system diagrams, process flows, and operational procedures.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, recommend technical enhancements, and contribute to the evolution of technical standards and practices.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 2+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role in IT projects.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
Strong understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with software development methodologies and practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Also, good knowledge with Agile software development tool such as Userstories
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL) and database management systems.
Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP APIs, including testing and documentation.
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS).
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
Advance knowledge of MS Office (eg. Advanced excel)
Understanding of machine learning concepts and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
Certified Technical Professional (CTP) is plus
