Adecco - Learning and Development Coordinator
Location: Welwyn Garden City, 3 days per week
Remuneration: Competitive Day Rate
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract, 3 months
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define the strategic direction for functional learning, contributing to the overarching Group Capability strategy.
- Identify current and future capability needs, ensuring learning interventions are aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with the Capability Design team and our client's Business Services to shape and influence capability development.
- Manage the operational and administrative components of learning and development, focusing on technical training offers and supporting professional qualifications.
- Assist in the design and development of impactful learning interventions.
- Ensure the delivery of learning programmes meets the needs of learners.
- Coordinate with external delivery agents to ensure they meet our client's training requirements.
- Support the development of the company's learning and development strategy.
- Prepare and present recommendations and reports for senior management.
- Provide administrative support for ad hoc projects that align with our client's business priorities.
Our client, a prominent player in the Financial Services industry, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Learning & Development Admin Support. The successful candidate will have a passion for learning and development and a strong background in providing administrative support. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the delivery of impactful learning interventions and the alignment of training programmes with business objectives.
