Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with company goals.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Coordinate training schedules, resources, and logistics for various programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to create tailored training solutions for teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field - Optional
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a learning and development role.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in training software and e-learning platforms.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for employee growth.
