An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional teacher to join the Teaching and Learning Team at Drayton Manor High School as a Teaching and Learning Lead from September 2025 (or earlier). This is a new and additional post for the school to enhance our Teaching and Learning Team.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead by example in their daily practice and challenge and support those they oversee to grow and develop so that they deliver the very best learning opportunities for our students. They will prepare and oversee the implementation of improvements intended to anchor our ethos and standards ever more deeply into the life of the school, building on what has already proved successful and drawing on the experience of other schools and from what has been proven through academic research.
