We are currently seeking a highly motivated Practice Nurse to join the team in Elsmere Port, Cheshire. Provide general nursing care in a general practice settingWork both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Manage patient assessments, treatments, and follow-ups
Administer vaccinations, screenings, and health checks
Support the clinical team with a variety of duties and ensure the highest standard of patient care
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Practice Nurse in a general practice settingProficiency in the EMIS Web system
Current NMC and DBS Registration
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication and organisational skills
