To be considered for this position you must hold NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care
As a Senior Care Assistant your key duties include:
Responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy ManagerLead, facilitate, and participate in staff meetings, staff training, supervision, appraisals, and development activities
To administer medication, carry out assessments and care plans
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Previous experience in providing care at a similar levelFamiliar and experienced in the safe administration of medication
Committed to providing person centred care to residents
Strong organizational and communication skills
Able to demonstrate a genuine desire to work in the care sector
