Job Title: Sales Manager – Nurse Recruitment and Placement Agency

Location: 45 & F London Road, St Leonards on Sea, TN37 6AY Salary: £32k+ based on experience and proven sales history Reports to: Branch Manager/Director

Job Purpose: The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive recruitment and placement services, ensuring that Nurses UK achieves its business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the healthcare or recruitment sector, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase agency revenue and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential client partnerships in the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business.
  • Engage with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular client visits and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  1. Performance Monitoring:
  • Track sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and implement necessary adjustments to strategies.
  • Work with the team to achieve and exceed sales KPIs and improve overall productivity.
  1. Collaboration with Recruitment Team:
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client expectations and recruitment processes.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Mentor and support sales booking team members to develop their skills and achieve personal sales targets.
  • Conduct training sessions on the recruitment process, sales techniques, and product knowledge to our franchising network.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the healthcare or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and develop long-lasting relationships.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals and targets.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to achieving business objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with CRM systems.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
