The successful candidate will provide psychological support to The Children and Young Adults suffering with either neurodiversity or developmental traumaJob Purpose: Clinical PsychologistPay Rate: £55,000 - £60,000 pro rata negotiable depending on experienceLocation: Lincoln/hybridContract: 22.5 hours per weekKey Responsibilities:

Conduct specialist assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions within the Neurodiversity ASD/ADHD or Attachment/Trauma pathways.
Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, contributing to clinical assessments and interventions.
Provide high-quality assessments for children, young people, and families, particularly in adoption, looked-after, or special guardianship contexts.
Formulate treatment plans using psychological models to address complex trauma or neurodevelopmental needs.
Manage your caseload independently, maintaining high standards of care.
Support service development alongside department leads.
Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.

Travel within Lincolnshire if required.

Essential Criteria:

HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist with 2-3 years post-qualification experience.

Expertise in either Neurodiversity ASD/ADHD or Attachment/Trauma pathways.

Proven ability to conduct psychological assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions.
