This rewarding role offers the opportunity to become a permanent member of the academy trust's team, supporting pupils with a variety of SEND diagnoses and associated behaviours.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging Science lessons aligned with the UK curriculum.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of learners with differing abilities and needs.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment to encourage all pupils to achieve their potential.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of staff to implement effective teaching strategies for SEND students.
- Proven experience teaching the UK curriculum.
- Ability to differentiate lessons to suit learners of varying abilities.
- Experience or a passion for working with SEND students.
- Enhanced DBS check (Teaching Personnel will assist in this process).
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Work with a reputable SEND Academy Trust known for its inclusive and nurturing environment.
- Support from Teaching Personnel throughout the vetting and onboarding process.
- Gain experience during a probationary period before transitioning to a direct contract with the school.
