Who We Are Looking For:
ConcentricLife is seeking an experienced Account Director with a passion for and a track record in, healthcare and life sciences to join our London-based global team. As an Account Director, you will not only own the day-to-day client relationship, building with them trusted and valued partnerships, but you will also play an integral role in the success of your account, your team, and the wider agency.
Reports to: The Global Client Lead
What You Will Do:
- Forge client relationships built on trust, respect and integrity
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business and actively seek out opportunities for organic growth, taking the initiative to develop proposals and convert instinct into valued and worthwhile workstreams
- Take ownership of challenges, using your experience and expertise to identify, understand, and manage potential issues. Challenging appropriately to determine the level of support needed to seek a timely and satisfactory resolution
- Consistently add value, both strategically and tactically
