What will you do?

Run your own Trusts caseload
Advise existing trustee's, beneficiaries and those setting up Trusts
Administration of Trusts
Creation & termination of Trusts
Provide tax advice to Trustees, prepare the relevant tax returns & annual accounts
Advise and assist with regulatory matters including registration with HMRC’s Trust Registration Service

What do you need?

Ideally to be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Trusts Advisor
You do not need to be qualified to fulfill this role
At least 1 years’ experience within trusts - or at least a private client background and interest in trusts work
