Your Role as an Employment Lawyer:

• Handle a Varied Caseload – Mix of contentious & non-contentious employment matters
• Advise Top-Tier Clients – Work primarily with corporate employers (respondent work) and senior executives
• Collaborate with Top Lawyers – Work alongside experts from leading UK firms
• Tackle High-Value Cases – Get involved in complex & challenging employment law matters
• Work Cross-Departmentally – Provide corporate support and legal expertise across teams

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (2+ years’ experience in employment law)
• Passion for employment law and delivering outstanding client service
• Strong communicator, problem-solver and team player
