The Jobholder is responsible for the management of a defined caseload. The jobholder carries responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. The jobholder will provide specialist nursing care and advice to a specific patient group and will contribute to the development of the speciality service.
The jobholder will ensure cost effective use of resources. The jobholder will work within a team of Nurse Specialists responsible to the CNS Team Manager.
